How can I make my winter break as relaxing as possible body-wise? What do you do to take extra care of your body after the quarter/semester ends?

Take the time to think about you and how you feel. The first step is to recognize what's hurting before you can fix it! I make sure to get a lot of sleep. If I find I am not doing anything of importance, and it is getting late, then I just go to bed! Also, use the extra time you have to try new healthy food dishes and do more physical activity.
