What are some remedies for relieving headaches naturally?

First and foremost drink a lot of water (slowly though, don't gulp it). Most headaches are caused by dehydration. If this doesn't help, try putting a frozen bag of peas or a cold damp towel on your forehead. Next, lay down in your bed with all of the lights off and no phone nor computer. If you have time, definitely try to nap. If none of these tactics work, I definitely recommend taking some sort of ibuprofen or Tylenol.
Drink a bunch of water and try and eat a snack. If you have time, a nap could be helpful.
If you have time when you feel a headache coming on, try to take a short nap. Often, headaches are the result of stress or a lack of sleep, so getting some rest will hopefully help. If you need to be on your phone or computer, adjust the lighting to make it dimmer so there's less strain on your eyes.
Aside from drinking water, which will certainly help, I would recommend getting rest and staying off of electronic machines for a little bit. The lighting of the screens strain your eyes and will only add to the head pain.
Drink several large glasses of water as soon as you notice the headache! It’s amazing how fast 95% of them melt away!
