I always have trouble falling asleep at night and I find that I'm always tired during the day. Does anyone have any tips for getting enough rest during the week?

If it helps you, try taking a midday nap to help with that 3:30PM tiredness. At night, try to not eat 2 hours before bed and not use your phone 30 minutes before bed (the blue light from your phone or computer will keep you awake). Try waking up and going to sleep at the same (decent) time every day.
I find that reading really helps me fall asleep. I will read until I literally can't keep my eyes open any longer so I'm too exhausted to stay awake. You could also try ASMR videos. I've never tried them but I know a lot of people that have been helped by them.
